How to Organize Kitchen Cabinets
Kitchen cabinets are a great place to store items and can help keep your kitchen countertop tidy. Follow these steps to organize your cabinets:
1. Remove all items from your cabinets. Remove all food, utensils and cookware from cupboards. Wipe down all containers and discard any expired items.
2. Thoroughly clean your cabinet shelves and doors. Use a multi-surface cleaner or degreasing spray to clean the inside and outside of your cabinets.
3. Measure your cabinets. Measure if your cabinets have dividers, organizers, or extra shelves.
4. Group similar items together. Before refilling cabinets, organize items on the counter and put food, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. together. Then decide where to put these items for the best access and cleanliness.
